-------------------------------- a) When you analyze the technique of top tennis players you realize that their technique is very similar. Their strokes are not exactly the same but they all contain same technical elements. Were all this players taught tennis in the same way or is there another reason? b) I recently had a chance to work with a total beginner. The girl was 10 years old and she has never held a racquet in her hand before. She was very talented and we raced through out first 2 hour tennis lesson. Click on the link to see what she learned in only 2 hours.

Q1: I am looking for some tips on how to make someone excited and motivated about practice again once they start to lose it or already lost it? I know sometimes it is needed to have some break. But beside that, what else can be done to motivate someone again? How To Improve Your Motivation For Playing Tennis
Q2: Playing mixed doubles: I know how and can get it over the guy or around the guy but in a match once it happens once it seems my racket just keeps doing it and feeding him i just get more and more and more down and frustrated w/myself and then end of feeding him overheads basically. I know to get it over him or away from him and i know how i just dont’ seem to be able to do it no matter how hard I think I am trying in a match after it happens once. Q3: However, I find that some players tend to jump up and down or make sudden movements when I look up during the serve to distract me and this works very well on me.
