How A Good Warm Up And Proper Posture Improve Your Game
January 06, 2008
Hi,

I've been writing an interesting article about Bruce Lee - the martial artist - and how we; players and coaches can learn and improve our game from his philosophy.

It's a fascinating analogy between fighting and tennis and I'll upload the article to TennisMindGame.com in the following days.

1. What's new?
--------------------------------

There have been 10 (!) submissions on the Play Better Tennis page and I want to thank you all for your great stories and taking the time to share them with the rest of us.

Choosing the best two for this 2 weeks was very hard but eventually I had to decide. ;)

The first prize - Tennis Strategy Encyclopedia ebook - goes to Eitan Abraham from UK for his story "Endorphins in Tennis: The Ticket to the Zone".

The second prize - The Mental Manual for Tennis Winners - goes to Ken DeHart for his story "A Posture for Winning".

Eitan and Ken, please email me with your email address so that I can send you the prizes!

Thanks to other 8 contributors: Nitin, Wild Bill, Rohan Bhatia, Cristina, Jean Gelner, Dany, John and Dainese for your great stories.

We can - and hopefully will - learn from your experiences.

But the competition still goes on!

From now until the 20th of January you can share your story and win one of the two ebooks. Just go to Play Better Tennis page, read the instructions and submit your story.

And if you are too shy to write one, then at least take your time to comment and thank the player for sharing their experiences.

2. Tennis Thoughts Blog

Oh, and I almost forgot; a parent recently asked me this question: How To Make My Son A Champion?

Read my answer on the blog...

Thanks again for sharing your stories and stay tuned for the Bruce Lee article!

Best,

Tomaz
