Clay Court vs Hard Court Tactics And How Will Federer Respond To Nadal's Challenge August 05, 2008 |
| Hi, I am finally back to Slovenia and am looking forward to creating more interesting content and videos for you in the near future. My first project will be about tennis tactics and it will be a DVD version, perhaps even on 2 discs. I'll keep you posted! -------------------------------- a) I've had an interesting email conversation with Arturo about clay court and hard court tactics. He shared many things he learned recently about playing on clay courts and I suggested that he sums it all up in an article. Arturo agreed and I wish to thank Arturo for taking the time to write such an extensive and useful article for my website! How to Adapt Your Hard Court Game to Clay Courts b) There's a great story that was recently published by Ric on the tennis experiences page. It's about making the best of your skills even if you have started tennis later in life and have to play with the "young guns". Age 54 vs 16 - Mental and Physical Challenges I wish to thank Ric too for his contribution and he's already received a free ebook to help him get to the next level in the mental part of the game. -------------------------------- As you probably know, Rafael Nadal will become the new #1 on the 18th of August. One question that many people wonder about is whether Roger Federer will bounce back or is his era of dominance over. Here are my thoughts on that... Can Roper Federer Bounce Back and Does he Even Want to? Another article is about understanding the challenges that very talented tennis juniors face. Their talent allows them to play many different shots and patterns, but it also makes it much more difficult for them to decide what's the right play at the right time. How Should a Very Talented Tennis Junior Play the Game? I also got an email from prof. Don Mueller who not long ago I introduced on the blog on the topic of ambidextrous tennis. Don has recently published the videos of his serve on Youtube so I've updated the article on ambidextrous tennis with his latest videos. Take a look what's possible playing with two racquets and share your thoughts on Don's extraordinary skills. --------------------------- And lastly, I invite to check back often to the tennis strategy tips page where there are always new questions to answer. Take a look if there's a question or two where your sharing can help someone become a better tennis player. Best, Tomaz ----------------------------------------- SPORTNO SVETOVANJE |
