1. The problems of focusing on the ball
2. How to stay focused for longer time?
3. Also, in doubles I also find I'm losing track of where the net player is (after all, if I'm watching the ball I'm not watching him), which also results in some bad shot choices.

And just one more tennis tip that I find useful so many times:

When you hit the ball... EXHALE! Release the tension and your stroke will start flowing with ease and you'll be able to stay much longer in the point.
