Bishop Sutton

by Tom Harding
(Chew Magna)

Hi, Im playing in a tournament based at my usual tennis club. I have already won my first match, but am playing against the second seed for the tournament who is a very good and experienced player aged around 45.

I believe i can beat him on my day, yet don't think i play regularly enough to make all my shots consistent enough.

Other than playing more regularly, which i am trying to do... what other tips do you have for me? Thanks, Tom

Keep playing tournaments

Do exactly as you are doing...get the tournament experience. The more you play tournaments the more comfortable you will be with your own game. If you lose so what...that's experience you can use to win your next match.
