Breathe to get in the zone

by Johnny Eshet
(Eshet)

Before serving and receiving it is very important to breathe to get into the zone.

The breath you take should be a deep one three seconds in through the nose and four seconds out through the mouth.

This breath should empty all thoughts from your head if you achieve this then you will be in your zone. You should do this every time before you serve and receive a serve through out the point you must try to stay in the zone don't think about anything.

To get good at this you just have to practice your breathing and your breathing routine in matches and practices.

If you perfect your routine then you will definitely win more matches and play like a true champ on court.
