Getting irritated and end up loosing a match in frustration

I am of 14 years. I have being playing for 1 and a half years. I am from India where there is no umpire in a match.

The coach of my opponent was in the court where our match was going on. I thought them to be officials of the match.

But my opponent was making wrong calls and his coaches were supporting him and I started loosing my cool ending loosing my match.

Please help...
