I might embarrass myself by not playing as well as I have practiced

There are so many negative things that may happen in a tennis match especially in commercial game and because of this reason I can not make my shots any more.

I am just a beginner in tennis but still in just a short period of time I learned a lot and improved my strokes.

But because of these fears and worries i can not perform as good as i have been in practice.

Hello,
One thing I would like to point out to you is that practice is a totally different thing then a match.
In a match there is pressure to preform, self worth, lively hoods, ego can get attached, and basically a match becomes a test of who we are. You need to forget about all this and realize that the joy is not in winning. Everybody loves to win, but the real fun is in competing.
I listen to a program called Fearless Tennis by Jeff Greenwald. This is a amazing program that will help you realize the real meaning of tennis. I recommend you listen to it sometime.
