i need to be in a group of players under 12

my name is carlos chamas i m from lebanon i was born on 7 7 98
i like to do the european tennis tour this will be my first time
if any club or group of families are doing the european tour
i like to join them if it s possible just the under 12
so please if anybody can give me some informations
i ll be going with my dad for the tournaments
