Net play

when i practice my volleys and smashes stationery at the net, i'm not half bad, but i reckon in match play its my approach shot that needs work.

in addition to that i want to learn how to hit crazy topspin(i use a semi-western grip).

i also have trouble with hard hitting topspin players who hit the ball deep. and i would like some fitness drills
