not to excute the movements to the best of my ability !

by Nunzio
(italy)

I would prefer to lose the match and having played at the top of my tennis, even if I can be happy but not satisfied, winning a match where I played very badly.

So i am afraid of myself, letting myself down !!!

my opinion on this

I think what people dont under stand in practice and in matches is that in matches your mistakes are magnified compared to where as in practice it seems like they never happen cause they dont really matter. This goes back to the idea of tanking in practice. Giving 100% effort. You can't let things like a bad hit or w/e destroy you. Because it will if you let it. You should let this slide in a game as soon as possible and block any thoughts that come along with this emotion of failure.
