Serving against ghost

by Dave Kayll
(MUMBLES)

This serving drill will add the pressure of competitive serving even if your coach is elsewhere!

Serve your 1st serve and if it goes in, you go 15:love up. If it goes out serve your second serve.

If that goes in, you go 15:love up but if that goes out then your imaginary opponent (the ghost! ;) ) goes to love:30!

This carries on until you either win or lose the game, set or match.

Nice little drill that you can try on your own but it manages to keep the same intensity of matchplay serving.

But don't cheat and drop them in! You'll only get caught out in a match if you do that.
