Below there's a link to what I wrote when I read it. You'll see that I absolutely share your impressions about it.
One of the things that stands out about Tomaz Encyclopedia (that's different) is that he offers solutions to issues and problems you really don't see much written or in-depth analysis about. In the process he operates more from a position of personal coach which (if you are like me) a "fanatic" ;-) looking for some "serious" insight and game changing advise... I'm sure you'll appreciate it.
