The Change

by Kristina
(Germany)

Hi Guys,

I have been playing tennis since 4 years and I'm in our junior team.

I want to tell you about a double and a single I played.

I lost both, although in the single I was leading 6:0 2:0 and in the double we were leading 6:4 4:0.

It sounds unbelievable.

I should have won, but I didn't and the problem was that I started to doubt and to think of not important things.

I started to thing about the final score, about what the spectators could think or say.

I just stopped to be focused, focused on every point and on the whole match.

So I lost matches that were already mine.

So what I can say: During a point focus on each point and just focus on the next point you are going to play, thats very very very important!
