Two-Handed Backhand Tips
by: Tomaz

Hi Naveen,

It would help if you were more specific with problems of your two-handed backhand so I can o nly give you some general tips:

1. Make sure your grip is correct. The dominant hand should have a continental grip and the non-dominant an eastern forehand.

2. Focus on playing with the body rotation and not so much with arms. Let the body pull your arms and racquet into the ball.

3. Keep good balance with a wide stance.

4. Find the ideal distance to the ball. If you are too close or too far, you will not be able to hit the ball well.

5. Drive more with your non-dominant arm.

6. See the ball well up to the point of contact.
